I too just received my 9-tray Excalibur, 10 minutes ago! (It moved in
where
the bread machine used to live.) I look forward to putting it to good
use
for the first time, this weekend. Thanks to all who gave their tips, I
think
I am going to be very happy with my choice. Another great advantage to
having a food dehydrator is that you can make your own celery salt,
garlic
and onion powder, etc. and be 100% sure that it is gluten free. (The
conveyor belts at the spice factories are dusted with flour to keep
the
ground spices from sticking.)
