        Hi Lorenzo,
I usually don't. My wife has been doing the cooking more lately and almost
always the chicken. When I used to cook it I would only cook it slightly on
the outside and leave the inside uncooked, pinkish and slimy. Needless to
say I didn't make observers happy with this.

        Don't like either.

Yes. But I don't supplement anymore. Besides, the reduction in soreness
was not worth the taking of a pill.

Yes. Makes me so hungry that I feel like dry heaving and it feels like my
stomach is being digested.

I haven't eaten any considerable amount of white flour or sugar for years.
If I do I start developing a psoriatic arthritic condition in my hands.
Same goes for milk products and raspberries.

        Great!

When I eat carbs they are usually in the form of fruit. I just can't
tolerate anything other than an occasional refined carb fling such as on
Thanksgiving(homemade pumpkin and pecan pie). Anymore and I get itchy bumps
on my arms, hands, chest, and ankles not to mention some very stiff fingers.
