It's interesting that you mention that.  That's how come I
got "reacquainted" with neanderthin again.  I am now 40 years old, and I've
gained 15 pounds (that I had lost on Weight Watchers) in addition to the 30
pounds already on my frame (overweight pounds).  I had heard a news report
that overweight might be allergies.  So I started researching this, and
found that the "cleansing diet" (for allergies) is the neanderthin diet (or
a variation thereof) for a week, then add foods each week to find the
allergy's trigger.

Neanderthin is a way of eating I can definitely stick to.  Weight Watchers
wasn't a bad way of eating, but the theory that you can "eat what you want"
but only in moderate portions doesn't work for me!  I cannot eat one
chocolate chip cookie!   Janet
