<<-everytime i reply to a post on the list , one new listing of Paleo Eating
Support List is adding up to my list of adresses. So my adress book cumulate
hundred adresses of paleo.... And when i want to compose a new message and
send it to the list,  i get an "unknown adress">>

Open your email program, click on TOOLS, then click OPTIONS, then click
SEND.  You'll see that a box is checked there to automatically store email
addresses each time you reply to a post.  Uncheck that box.  Then click OK
or APPLY , whichever shows up.  Then, you can open your address book,
eliminate all the Paleo addresses, and enter just one manually.
