Well, now you do. Here in Germany I buy Mett (sp?), which is spicy
ground pork. You can make patties with it and cook like sausage, but it
is quite normal and okay to eat it raw, as I do. I was skeptical at
first, but the butchers repeatedly assured me it was safe!
