Um. Not to me. I've eaten alligator once in Florida, and frog legs once in
French Canada.
They both have a similar taste, sort of maybe reptilian, but I have no
experience of that smell, maybe this is instinctive recognition. Otherwise
both were more like chicken than anything else. Not surprising, if
chickens are descendants of dinosaurs.
The alligator would have been frozen, then nuked, don't know about the
frog legs.
