Thanks William...

The doctor who ran the test thinks it's ok to eat white rice and corn and he
told me to take grapefruit seed extract for the fungal overgrowth, so he can
scold me all he wants. I think he is an idiot...sorry, but I am not
impressed with him at all.

There's a theory that if you take all the food away that fungi like that
they will dig deeper into your body and affect your organs. I am somewhat
concerned that my elevated heart rate has to do with the fungal overgrowth.

I will give the 80/20 fat/protein a try. Was just concerned about eating too
much protein in one sitting.
