Justin,

Saline is a solution made with salt and water. Best to use mix sea
salt into
very warm distilled water, then allow to cool to room temp. before
using.

You can buy tea tree oil at http://www.mothernature.com be sure to get
just
plain tea tree *essential oil*, such as Desert Essence brand for
example. I
know it has a high price tag for such a tiny bottle, but it goes a
LONG way.

You make chicken soup by simmering a chicken carcass (DH uses a whole,
cut-up chicken with skins removed) in water with paleo-friendly
ingredients
like garlic, tarragon, celery, carrots, onion, whatever you like. You
have
to do a lot of skimming, straining and picking. Don't add your veggies
until
you've gone past the point where you remove the bones.

There's plenty of vitamin C in fresh foods. Vitamin C is highly
overrated.
People who develop scurvy are people who don't have access to fresh
foods,
like people who go to sea for months on end (who would bring limes
with them
to prevent this condition, hence the pirate term "limeys") Just eat
fresh
fuits and veggies and you'll be FINE. Cooking destroys vitamin C, as I
am
sure you are aware.

Best wishes,
Stacie
