i have a friend in France who switched to a raw instinctive diet a age 68 he
totally cured himself of the asthma he had since childhood . an other friend
in oregon switched at age 83 to a raw diet when his doctor said he will not
finish the year due to his heart condition .he is 86 and half now and is
still selectivelly falling trees in his forest ( he is an ecoforester ) to
note he is mostly vegan stubbornly not listening to me about meat eating
apart some eggs and salmon once in a while ..
the changes in condition when switching to a paleo diet are more spectacular
with the raw foods than the more conventional paleo diet .

i have 2 childrens age 3 and 7 , they have never ate cooked foods in their
life , they choose the foods they want to eat and they have no attraction to
the cooked foods her mother have been cooking all along for their older
brother and herself . they are very clear that anything who have been
denatured is just not food for them .they have lot of contacts with
childrens eating whatever junk is available but they don't go to school.

with the older who have been eating one food at a time since he is few
months old , he don't want to eat anything that is mixed apart avocado mix
( wity some salt and lemon and greens onions ) it is the food they takes
when watching a movie .
i can't explain why they are unshakable to the pier pressure to eat junk
or even cooked foods .
but it have to do with trust in us , the fact they have total free choice of
foods ( in the context of raw undenatured foods)an last for somebody you
have not perverted its taste with mixed flavors , it is just more pleasure
to savor the real taste of foods for their own sake .

it will depend a lot of your definition of intelligence . but i can see that
my childrens are more awake than most

my wife never experienced it on mostly a raw diet , and i heard to be
general among womans eating raw especially the ones who eat by instinct
(whole raw unseasonned unmixed foods )
if you smell the food in its natural state your body will not allow you to
swallow what will not be beneficial (it will smell unactrative )
