Did you get your free T3, free T4, reverse T3 and antibodies tested? How is
your body temperature, in the morning and throughout the day? Is it around
97.8 upon awakening and at least 98.5 by the late afternoon? Or are you
pretty warm (hyperthyroid)? Also, do you consume enough or supplement with
selenium? It's been shown to decrease antibodies:

Selenium supplementation in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis decreases
thyroid peroxidase antibodies
concentrations.<http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11932302>

I'm hypo and have had good results with taking Armour natural desiccated
thyroid. Also, I had to significantly increase carb intake, as it was
making my free T3 and T4 levels tank. Once I did this, I was able to cut
down on the Armour and now only take 45 mg, down from 120 mg.
HTH,
Naomi
===============Naomi, thanks for all the great tips!I'll have to get a new thermometer, but I do feel cooler in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. Also will look for a quality supplier of selenium, probably Puritan's Pride, as they've been my vitamins supplier for years.I mentioned the Armour to my doctor, but he wanted to keep me on the Levothyroxin since we'd finally gotten to a normal reading. Yes, that included TSH, 3rd Gen., and Free T4 tests. The diagnosis for me is Graves disease. Is that yours as well? Thanks again!!-dh===========
