No. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that accumulates in fatty
tissues, if consumed in excess. Unlike the water-soluble
vitamins, excess is not simply dumped into the urine. While many
animals have the ability to detoxify vitamin A, human beings do
not. Too much vitamin A can kill you.

It is hard to reach toxic levels of vitamin A from plant sources,
but by eating liver it can be done easily.
