Last week there was an article in our local newspaper about good
nutrition for children. Good nutrition among other things will help
your
child do well in school they said. The main source of information was
a
certified nutritionist who said one of the best things you can do is
make sure your child gets a big serving of cookies and milk every day.
The article then gave all kinds of cookie recipes.

Misinformation is everywhere on the subject of sugar and is a required
part of any formal education in nutrition. So don't be surprised when
family and friends parrot this misinformation to us. They read about
it
in the paper. It must be true, a certified nutritionist said so.
