Definitely. When I was a kid I had fairly severe acne. My
father told me of a folk remedy from his youth: Eat lots of raw
spinach every day. I tried it and it worked. I now know that
raw spinach is a pretty good source of w-3 fats. Remember,
inflammation without good cause is a sign of too little w-3
relative to w-6, so skin an gum inflammations should be good
markers to watch, for those people who are susceptible to these
particular problems.
