Hi Karl and Everybody,

The conspiracy is 'they' are trying to kill us with both products!

Both these products are carcinogenic; definitely man-made and not paleo.
Sugar in tea would not be paleo either and could probably cause
sleepfulness and compromise the immune system.
Many herbal teas are naturally sweet enough. Watch out for added grains!
Sugar is an addiction to concentrated sweetness. It is easy to get addicted
to concentrated substances: flour, sugar, alcohol, cocaine, heroin...

Art, doesn't the barley in the beer affect you adversely? Being a celiac
myself, I have problems with the grain alcohols. (Gluten) Wouldn't you
rather have an apple cider? or a more-paleo drink?
I enjoy your posts and page!

All the best,
Susan
