Texas does sound like the best place since it is central. If
September-October is the nicest, I suggest the fall equinox, or say the
weekend of September 23/4.

There was someone coming to the States in July to California. If they want,
we could put together a West Coast meeting for them.

These meetings will be easier to arrange once the contact list is up, since
there will be a list of scheduled events as well. I'm aiming for two weeks
from now for a functional rough draft - and will keep everyone posted.
