ps what brand of chorizo do you buy? is it the packaged, sausage type or the
fresh chorizo one would find in an Italian market? Are you sure it is gluten
free? i've been wanting to give my son chorizo but was afraid some of the
spices used may include gluten as cheap fillers/ extenders
