I live in nyc and am trying to locate a source for organic veal tongue.
All I can seem to find here in the way of organic meats are chicken
livers.  Any NYC paleos out there know where to buy organic veal tongue??
The recent controversy about up to 90% of veal manufacturers using illegal
hormones has me in a tizzy.  The USDA of course claims that use of hormones
in veal is illegal -- but that doesn't seem to stop anyone.
