Yeah, I expected to do "all you can eat" for breakfast at
Ponderosa. But they marinated it in mushrooms. I didn't like the flavor,
so 2 8oz steaks was all I could choke down.
Most times I stop from going AWOL even if I'm a still a little
hungry. Just drink a tumbler of water and I'm done with my meal (my
tumblers are 16 oz.)

That, without the dairy, looks like a good day on NeanderThin.
I'd throw in about two bananas, maybe an apple. NeanderThin has the best
recipies for Chili and salad dressing.
Today I've had some ribs for breakfast, three eggs are three
peices of bacon for lunch, and dinner is at 10:00, which will be some
roast beef. Maybe some pork rinds as a snack. Yesterday I had a salad
and an apple. I also ate two bananas. One while writing about bananas.

You won't be hungry on NeanderThin. You might, but only if
there's no food around that you can eat. The idea is that primative man
is out there walking around and there's green things that he can eat if
he's real hungry. Then, there's fruity, sugery things he can eat when
they're in season (so fruit is a dessert item for us). Then, there's big
things with lots of meat. If you have a sharp stick, you put it through
the big thing and it stops moving around and you can eat it. I know this
is a gross oversimplification, but the heart of NeanderThin is red meat.
The actual paleolithic meat was raw glandular organs, but modern meat has
enough fat to keep us alive and thriving. And muscle meat is 100%
complete nutrition, although the liver is really the prize. But don't eat
it if you don't like it.
And that's another aspect. If you "sort of" like something, give
it a wile to grow on you. If you activly dislike something, don't eat it.
Your body knows what it needs, and the tongue is the organ that knows
best. It may take a few days to get used to high-fat low-sugar, but
you sound like you already have.
Avoid eating nural tissue, it's very prone to viral infections.
Our ancestors probaby at a lot of it, but it's not a good idea now, even
if it is tasty.
