i ate so many raw eggs by now that i should have encounter salomonella . i
never wash or refrigerate my eggs either.
now if i din't salmonella is just too rare of an occurence to be a source of
worry .IMO there is other things to worry like the north american cultural
paranoia toward germs .IT have more  desastrous health consequences that
germs could have .what if the french paradoxe was coming from the fact that
french eat their meats rare and their cheese ripe ?
