The case with grains is more copmlicated than that. Search in the Paleodiet
list archives for a posting by Loren Cordain about "molecular mimicry".
He has also written an aswear to Mary about autism, wich in fact includes
facts about how all autoimmune diseases depends in among other grains.
I will never let one grain pass over my lips after reading that!
