 Hi !
All info about bone marrow is well needed !

I found today a nice recept of myself concerning bone marrow. I did dig the
bone marrow of three ossobucco rings.
Then I took a handfull of frozen blueberries and mixed them with marrow in
an electric mixer . (Moulinex)
Then I still mixed a spoonfull of fine eggshell to it.. The result was quite
okey. It tasted reasonable and was light to swallow.
And I felt it took my hunger away for many hours.
Worth of trying.

Hanni
