Please test and report back.  I know mine was 63 during the winter two 
winters ago and then during the following summer I spent a lot of 
afternoon time in the sun putting in landscaping (2/3 acre - lots of 
landscaping - good tan).  The results of my blood work at the end of the 
Summer was ..... 63 ng/ml.  The time in the sun had no effect.  D3 
supplements during the whole time from winter test to summer test were 
identical.
