People of African descent do have the layer of body
fat......so maybe our ancestors headed North and lost
the melanin, and their ancestors stayed there....where
there are hippos and crocs in just about every body
of fresh water on the continent.....which would discourage
swimming as a national tribal sport, perhaps........
We don't see many black Olympic skaters either.......
