I was 99% vegan for 16 years.  The first time I ate fish again I experienced
what can best be described as a body orgasm.  I was in rapture.

I was concerned about eating beef again because I heard about vegetarians
complaining about sickness after a long time of not eating beef. I tried
beef about a month after the fish.  I also experienced  the body rapture.
Those experiences tossed my vegetarian "true believer" Bull Sh*t or (or
should I say Tofu Sh*t) out the window.
