Drink tea  -   green, or herbal - like chamomille.  Add honey and/or lemon/lime if you like.

Tomato soup/stew made out of  fresh or canned tomatoes ,  with  lots of garlic,  fresh ginger and lime or lemon , Salt and sugar. 
This is great when you have a cold or a sore throat, because the garlic and ginger warms and soothes an aching throat.

Although not paleo :  white rice "porridge" with apples and raisins  + a little butter when served  (+ milk)
