Fish Oil and Borage Oil is a good combination IF the borage oil is kept to very
low amounts.

The body needs only small quantities to provide the building blocks for the
hormonal system.

Try reducing the borage oil to the smallest dose, and see if you still get the
same results with regards to cramping.
