Dear Cavemates ,
                last year someone posted their recipe for  a very low carb meatloaf.
   If anyone has it can you please send it to me ?
   
  I need to get all my ducks in a row , so to speak,  as hubby is willing to"try' the paleo way of eating. 
  Problem is that he is not a big meat eater  ( no fish or fowl ) so this could be tough but sure will make things easier for me not having to prepare 2 separate and and at times tempting styles of eating .
   
  Also any good ideas for breakfast ? He wakes up in the morning like a ravenous bear.....  lol
