You could take some of your veggies and puree them, to make a sort of thick
sauce (you could reduce on the stove to the desired consistency).

I was wondering if there is a paleo-friendly sauce thickener?  I'd like to
avoid flour and cornstarch, but I also miss having thick sauces that cling
