I must say, I scanned through and while I agreed with a lot of it, I found
it funny that walking was never directly addressed despite its mention in a
question.  I like the idea that the "aerobics" peformed by those stick-thin,
whiney, high-maintainence, Stepford-wife types is actually bad for you; I
HATE that stuff!  But I still think a brisk walk is good for you.  I feel
good when I lift weights and I feel good after a nice walk.  I'll do both.
