I've noticed better heat generation (I was recently able to withstand
ocean water for an hour--El Nino helped, but I think I would have
normally turned blue anyway. I was hot later for at least 24 hrs. like
a reaction to the cold. Carbs are supposed to create heat when the
carbon mixes with oxygen, but I've been trying to take it easy on carbs,
so it all seems paradoxical. Carb heat must not affect body heat?
Whatever the case it seems healthier to me to be able to generate some
heat. Mary J.
