For me, wheat was/is the mood culprit.  (Incidentally, I was never so sick
in my life than when I did Ornish back in '94, though I never made the
food-mood connection at the time.)

I think it was Jim Swayze--maybe--who raised the question a couple of times
a good while back whether the Eades and Cordain's splurge allowances keep
people from quickly realizing the paleo benefits to be had, or whether they
keep people sick.  I think that's exactly the case.

Like Tom, I would recommend doing a strict paleo for several months.  Might
fix you right up, Neil.
