Too little water can cause kidney stones - I guess we can't win!

Wally said: Many report heart palpitations when they drink too much
water, or worse.

My observations:
I have to be careful to drink enough water or I start having heart
palpitations. In my case, this is related to an inherited problem that
was surgically corrected 6 years ago. Before the surgery, the
palpitations would occur at random.

I believe the push for people to drink more water may be directly
related to the unhealthy diets many people eat...when the wrong
food/beverages are consumed, the body needs help flushing things out.
