I would think yogurt is more paleo than some probiotic mix.

I eat yogurt sometimes. I had to be on antibiotics recently and the yogurt
helped me get back to normal.

I also eat some cheese, always unpasteurized. Dairy that is fermented
doesn't seem a problem for me.
