What do you think should make up the difference in calories if I cut out the
protein? I cannot eat any more veggies than I'm already doing and more fruit
makes me feel terrible and definitely stalls weight loss. Virtually all of
the grass-fed or organic meat (with the exception of delicious Australian
lamb) is extremely lean. I could dump olive oil or macadamia nut oil on it
to up the calories, but this doesn't seem particularly paleo. Nuts in
significant quantities add too much omega-6 --- with the exception of
macadamia nuts.

I'm working out daily because since I quit my job, I am much more sedentary
in general. So I'm trying to make up the difference in energy expenditure.
Also, I am not doing high intensity workouts every day -- they are
interspersed with walking.
