It might be, I don't know. I doubt it has any soy protein in it.

processed bone. It has all the mineral composition and trace elements of
bone. I don't have the reference handy but I recall that this has been shown
to be the most absorbable calcium supplement, and probably the most paleo. I
do eat sardines and use bone broth but I believe that supplementation can
help.

You can probably find some that does not have additives that bother you.
Most magnesium sold is magnesium oxide but I do not believe that is very
easily metabolized, so I use other magnesium salts. I take magnesium perhaps
two or three times per week. B6 is needed for metabolizing magnesium so I
take it with the magnesium.
