Thai brand coconut milk has always been thick so it is really nice as a
substitute for whipped cream if skimmed off the top BUT I noticed that any
Thai brand product that says 'new' on it has extra ingredients added that
are not paleo. For example the Thai brand coconut milk has guar gum added
which makes it thicker.
The 'new' Thai brand Fish Sauce has added sugar (and has a warning that it
may contain peanuts!) The old type had only anchovies and sea salt.
There are probably other changes in other "new" Thai brand products.
