A measuring cup with a spout is a dang lot cheaper alternative to THE
Neti Pot.  Works for me, anyway.  What'd the cavepeople use, anyone
know?  (Don't answer that question--I'm just kidding.)

I know you were just kidding but I thought I'd mention that a cupped
hand
also works. You hold the saline in your cupped hand and gently inhale
a bit
into the sinus cavity, then gently blow your nose.
