Well, I'll be diddly d***ed, Lynnet, this is the SECOND time I've heard
this!  As someone who's thyroid and pituitary ain't quite right I'll have to
look up what veggies are on this list.  How much you wanna bet they're
veggies I like?

Oh, well; gotta do whatcha gotta do.  Thanks for the tip, both you and the
person who mentioned this privately.  I'm pleased to report to all of you
that I'm starting to shrink but I can't tell you by how much; I'm avoiding
the scale until I can tell by how my clothes fit that I'm back to a certain
point.  Otherwise, the number may still be sad and I'll drown my sorrows in
Ben & Jerry's or something.
