There is a debate in the paleo community over lean meat.  I come down  
firmly on the fat is good for you side -- a side that seems to be  
slowly taking the field.

"70% lean" is not lean by any standard nutritionist's standards.  Said  
differently, it is 30% fat.  Yum.
