Udo Erasmus seems to disturb you somehow.
So, what is the point you think he is wrong?

GLA isn't related to our theme above (without d6d problems), but
interesting. I never heard that it would be found in beef tallow.
Other beef fat (brain, marrow) has long chain EFAs, but tallow?
Could you tell where you base your claim on?
Or where to find it in the USDA list?

Your answer reveals that you know of studies which show the correlation
of CHD to SFA consumption.
Please tell how you explain this.

My own explanation i told already: SFAs most often comes from mass
agriculture animal fat which may impact EFA metabolism.
