I do not think this is an expression that is possible to use.
First there is not enough knowledge, and second there is no evidence
that there anyway is anything that is "the right" food for a certain
individual. If also need for right amounts and variety are considered
it gets even harder to determine something as "paleo correct".
As in every other situation in life you have to try to find out what
the risks are, and what the benefits are, and then judge yourself what
to do / to eat. Here on this list we can discuss these things, to
help each other judge, but the judging you have to do yourself. Our
brains are made for that - that is also a "paleo" thing to make use of.
