Well, I had wild rice for supper last night as a test. My guts swelled up
and got painful, just as if I had eaten rice! so I guess my body doesn't
know the difference. The surprise was that it made my ulcer hurt too.

When fat subsitutes were used to reduce fat intake to 20%, the subjects
reported being significantly more hungry. At the conclusion of the test,
the men increased their dietary fat intake until they had made up the
previous deficit! (Dr. Mom: We were not designed for such low fat diets!)
