That's why I am hesitant.  I have been researching this and it isn't
recommended for diabetics.  But I don't know why my diabetes is so out of
control.  I am on long acting insulin once at night plus oral meds.  I
don't know what I am doing wrong eating-wise and am feeling quite
frustrated...
