Yeah, but I try to figure out what that craving is now and find a paleo substitute.  I am sure that we would not be craving some of the stuff I crave in paleo time, which I have figured out is because I have not been getting enough energy, and instead of eating the cake, I will now eat some high energy fruit or something.  I try a few options and if it's still around after a couple of days I usually give in.

May I suggest caution about denying a craving?
