Thanks to John now i understand what you ment with six-pack.
Seems to be the same we call Waschbrettbauch
- the dream goal for many women in men.

Ok, six-pack: you exercise and eat mostly meat and you get a nice six-pack.
You attribute this to eating meat and avoiding pasta.
Other athlets exercise and carb-load with pasta and also have very good
six-pacs.
I attribute the six-packs to exercise.

If I add 2 lbs of steak every day to my stomach (you could see at facelink),
do you think my six-pack would turn out Waschbrettbauchy? :-)
