        Wally,

        I agree with you 100%.  I have always been a big meat-eater, but
also consumed a lot of sugar and dairy.  Since starting paleo, I have no
more mood swings, am more active, have gained strength (and muscle) beyond
what I thought was realistic, and have improved eyesight, skin, hair, etc.
I also sleep better and have improved concentration, especially at work.
Paleo has been a lifesaver for me.
