Since the zero carb people insist on monopolizing this site, after
many warnings about its danger to bone health, etc., could anyone tell
me if there is another Paleo list (other than Cordain's official site)
featuring the Paleolithic diet of lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts
and seeds, with no dairy or grain?
