I'm not even sure if bacon and sausage are considered paleo.  I was
wondering
if there is a brand of bacon and sausage which doesn't contain sodium
nitrate.  I've called all of the health foods stores in our area and
can't
find any.  I did find turkey bacon which doesn't contain any, but it's
99%
fat-free and I'm looking to add fat to my diet, believe it or not.
