Swanson vitamins online is a good source of vitamins

I can't face life without vit K2 neither should you

I take magnesium citrate

And vitamin A

And vitamin D3 10,000 iu per day

And 100 units of Q10 3x a day

B12 daily

Glutathione 3x a day

And a few others

You simply cannot trust commercial food for nutrients!

For example I don't eat liver and I can't always afford grass fed meats. I am also not a big fan of salmon or other fish, but I try to tolerate it once or twice a month.

If anyone here takes vitamins is there a brand that is easier on the stomach or is there a quality brand of liquid vitamins?
