I leave my stove exhaust fan on while melting the suet. Works great,
and
I am lucky because my exhaust fan is rather quiet. =o] Another tip, I
use my exhaust fan in the summer all day long to suck out the hot air
and
leaves my 2700 sq. foot home nice and cool. It saves a load on my AC
bill.
